If your profile matches the requirements of the advertised position, you will be invited for an initial interview. This will either be a phone interview or a face-to-face interview in our offices. In the course of this interview you can learn more about DaWanda and the position for which you have applied. It will also give us the opportunity to get to know you better and to discuss your career and what motivates you. The interview is generally with your prospective Team Leader and with Ines from our HR Team.
Whether you are in your finest suit or your lucky jumper is irrelevant for us. It is more important that you feel comfortable and can simply be yourself.
Should both you and we feel that we could work well together, you will be invited for a second interview. Here you will have the opportunity to get to know more of the DaWanda Team. As this interview will have more focus on your professional abilities, we may prepare a small task for you. This will not only give us an insight into how you operate, but also give you a better understanding of the actual work content.
